Although the court observed that the charges pressed against Adedoyin were bailable, it noted that they were serious felony charges that could attract jail term.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Justice Adepele Ojo, while ruling on the bail applications of other six defendants namely; Adedeji Adesola, Magdalene Chiefuna, Adeniyi Aderogba, Oluwale Lawrence, Oyetunde Kazeem and Adebayo Kunle, dismissed the applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ojo said the health reasons that the applications were based on could not be relied on as the defendants\u2019 health could not be said to be threatened.
