They did a great job,\u201d the woman\u2019s lawyer, George Vrabeck, tells Rolling Stone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The lawyer confirmed he and his co-counsel, Ariel Mitchell, will no longer represent the Jane Doe plaintiff in the sex assault, false imprisonment, and gender violence lawsuit that was filed against Brown on Jan. 28 due to unspecified \u201cinformation\u201d obtained from police last Thursday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe were not made aware that the information existed (prior to filing). It precludes us from going forward for a number of reasons,\u201d Vrabeck says. \u201cIt\u2019s not a comment on whether an assault happened or not, but it precludes us from going forward.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A Miami Beach Police spokesman declined to comment on the department\u2019s probe, calling it an active investigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In her complaint, the woman alleges the R&amp;B singer fed her a drug-laced drink and assaulted her on the yacht that was docked at Diddy\u2019s Star Island home on Dec. 30, 2020.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">====IMAGE TEXT MESSAGE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A compilation of the text communications obtained by Rolling Stone includes messages the woman sent to Brown the day after the alleged attack in which she allegedly calls Brown \u201cbabe\u201d and asks to see him again that night to have sex.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cMissing u,\u201d she allegedly texted Brown several months later, according to the messages first obtained by Radar Online. \u201cU were honestly the best dick I\u2019ve had lol I just want it again.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">=======IMAGE 2 MULTIPLE<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Brown, 32, shared the Radar story on his Instagram stories Tuesday along with a statement. \u201cNo more dragging me through the mud,\u201d he wrote. \u201cMe and my team are taking legal action on this situation. You don\u2019t play with people\u2019s lives like that.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Jane Doe plaintiff could hire a new lawyer to take over the case and serve her complaint on Brown.
