Moses Bliss And Where Talent Will Take You

I recently had a conversation with a friend who had lived in Ghana about the engagement of gospel musician Moses Bliss Uyoh Enang, popularly known as Moses Bliss to Marie Wiseborn. She said Ghana has won Nigeria 0-1. I countered by saying that is her version or perspective of what happened. I also added that another way to see it, is that a Nigerian man went to get one of the most wifey Ghanaian damsels, hence, Nigeria is winning 1-0. As we went back and forth in our friendly banter, it struck me that Nigeria and Ghana and indeed Africa have won. From the seemingly unserious fact that this Ghanaian treasure keeps her natural African hair to the fact that she is a Barrister to be married to one of Nigeria’s most eligible bachelors is a thing worth celebrating.

Digging deep, I discovered Moses Bliss’ fiancee is a graduate of the University of London. She is a lawyer, a preacher, and a singer. She is an alumna of City Law School, where she had her Bar Vocational Studies Postgraduate Diploma. And in July 2022, she gave a speech at the University of Surrey’s Faculty of Arts and Social Sciences wearing a Ghanaian attire. The more I read about her, the more it dawned on me that this is a Queen versus King matchup. Moses Bliss is the founder of Spotlite Nation, a music record label. He released his first single in January 2017 titled “E No Dey Fall My Hand” and became a national sensation with his hit song “Too Faithful” which was released in June 2019. In 2020, he won the Loveworld International Music and Arts Award by Chris Oyakhilome for his song “You I Live For”

In October 2021, he was signed by Symphonic Distribution, a music distribution company headquartered in Tampa, Florida with footprints in major music markets in North America, Europe and other key global markets. In February 2023, he unveiled his own record label Spotlite Nation and signed four artistes: Chizie, Festizie, Doris Joseph, and Grace Lokwa. As I was writing this piece, Moses Bliss’ music video Too Faithful – one of my favorite songs in the last four years started playing on Youtube. Again, I realized how far talent can take a man or woman. It was a song by Moses Bliss that his now fiancee was dancing to on social media that started it all divinely. It was the fact that Moses Bliss had discovered and developed his talent that he could attract such a quality damsel. As they complete the process of Holy Solemnization, I wish them a Blissful matrimony.
